In a strange occurance Hal Ridge was actually driving his own car, in Division 1 A as the new Renault Clio wasnt ready . A cautious start to the day gave way to a frantic finish as brake failure in the Div 1 A Final meant Hal had to complete the race with no brakes, not what you need at a high speed circuit like Pembrey. Despite these problems Hal took full points from Pembrey and leads The Div 1 A championship.

After a troubled meeting at Pembrey, the team was looking forward to a relatively easy time at Croft. Unfortunately the Croft curse struck again and after a freat first heat an accident after the flag meant lots of work.

And before Heat 3 the Diff exploded acaused extensive damage to the gear box casing and fly wheel.

By qualifying for the A Final Hal picked up maximum points and has a commanding lead in the championship

The New Renault Clio will Debut in the Summer
